Zyste am Eierstock

Ich habe ne 2,5 cm große Zyste am Eierstock. Heute habe ich meine Tage bekommen, die auch wieder sehr schmerzhaft sind. Außerdem hab ich ne heftige Blutung. Kann es sein, dass sich die Zyste gerade am auflösen ist?



Ich würde gerne wieder am Freitag zum Joga gehen. Bin aber verunsichert, ob ich das machen soll, da sich die Zyste beim Sport drehen kann und somit den Eierstock mit der Blutzufuhr stören kann und dieser im schlimmsten Fall absterben kann.
