ständig wiederkehrende harnwegeinfektion

hallo zusammen. habe nun innerhalb eines jahres 3 mal eine harnwegeinfektion gehabt. mein arzt kann mir nicht sagen woran das liegt und nun suche ich hier hilfe. hat jemand von euch auch dieses problem / gehabt?

wie kann man dagegen vorbeugen und wie kann man da seinem körper am besten helfen?

Hat sich dein Parter schon untersuchen lassen? Meistents hat es der Partner, nur merken die es nicht so wie wir Frauen!

Nein, mein Partner hat sich noch nicht untersuchen lassen.

Aber ich denke inzwischen, das meine Harnwegeinfektionen davon kommen, das mir andauernd kalt ist und ich auch immer kalte Füße habe.

Aber ich weis auch nicht, wie ich dem dann immer entgegen wirken kann.
