Hallo an alle,

ich will in ein Hebammenhaus gehen. Bin nun im 9. Monat und habe meine Entscheidung getroffen. Nur meine Sorge ist: Wenn ein KS gemacht werden muss, dann liegt die Klinik mind. 15 Minuten weit weg. Ist das nicht zu risikoreich? Ich habe eben Angst, dass im Ernstfall jede Hilfe zu spät kommt. Es ist mein 3. kind, die anderen Geburten gingen relativ schnell. Wer hat Erfahrung mit Geburtshaus?

Habe keine Erfahrung mit dem Geburtshaus. Hatte aber auch darüber nachgedacht. Hab so Panik vor Krankenhäusern und wollte deswegen lieber dort entbinden. Allerdings ist es bei uns genau so, das Klinikum ist 15 Minuten entfernt. Da war mir persönlich das Risiko dann doch zu groß, wenns im Ernstfall schnell gehen hätte müssen. Deshalb hab ich mich dann trotzdem fürs Krankenhaus entschieden. Allerdings für eine ambulante Geburt mit Beleghebamme. Wollte nicht, das dauernd jemand anderes für mich zuständig ist. Und wollte auch nicht dort bleiben, schließlich war ich ja auch nicht krank...



Wenn du Angst hast, deinem Kind könnte etwas passieren, solltest du vielleicht auch über diese Art der Geburt nachdenken. Du hast einerseits die Sicherheit der Klinik und andererseits auch die Privatsphäre des Geburtshaus, weil ja nur eine -deine- Hebamme für dich zuständig ist.

Auch wenns bei deinen ersten beiden Kindern schnell und unkompliziert abgelaufen ist, ist es leider noch keine Garantie das es bei Zwergi Nummer 3 auch so ist...

Die Medaille hat immer zwei Seiten. Ich weiß wie schwer die Entscheidung ist. Wenn du ins Krankenhaus gehst und alles gut läuft, wirst du dir immer denken, "wäre ich doch ins Geburtshaus gegangen" und wenn du von vornherein dort entbindest und etwas schief läuft (was ich dir keinesfalls wünsche!!!) dann machst du dir dein Leben lang Vorwürfe... Vielleicht wäre ja eine ambulante Geburt wirklich eine Option für dich!? LG

Ja, das darf auch nicht passieren. Aber in Geburtshäusern geht so manches schief und wird einfach unter den Teppich gekehrt. Was ich da schon gehört habe. Diese Häuser sollte man schliessen!!! die Babies haben oft keine Chance, die Sectio wird rausgezögert usw. manchmal ist der Weg zur Klinik zu weit und das Kind stirbt an Sauerstoffmangel. Da nützen auch die rosa Vorhänge nichts mehr, wenn der Leichenbestatter anrückt. Sorry, aber das ist schlimm.
